Current medicine collection uses the same distribution channel as the Pharmacy Offices, but in a reverse direction: consumers take the packaging and medicine remains to the pharmacy, and they are collected for distribution and taken to managers for classification and treatment.

Medicine waste from CAP is collected and classified by the Fundació Humanitària pel Tercer i Quart Món Dr. Trueta and is then managed by authorised treatment plants along with the rest of the medicines from homes.
