| How long does transport authorisation last? |
 |
| The authorisation lasts for 3 years and includes automatic listing in the transporter register.

| How do I modify the authorisation, add vehicles, remove vehicles, etc.? |

| Any modification that is to be made on the authorisation available, inclusion or exclusion of lorries, changes in authorised waste groups... must be reported in writing to the Agència de Residus de Catalunya providing all necessary documentation, as specified in the circular.

| How long does it take to get authorisation? |

| The Agència de Residus de Catalunya must resolve the application within 3 months.

| What do I have to do to get back the guarantee placed in transport authorisation? |

| A letter must be sent to the Agència de Residus de Catalunya asking for the return. Once requested, the ARC will inform the Caixa General de Dipòsits so that they might proceed as necessary.

| Do I have to take original documents to process the authorisation? |
 |
| The documents that have to be presented are specified in the circular. Certified copies must be presented of the powers of the signatory and the deed of constitution, photocopy of the technical inspection card and the original of the sworn declaration.
