- To have the corresponding authorisation.
- To take the waste to the plant of the waste manager indicated by the waste producer or holder.
- If the waste is not accepted by the waste manager for any reason, to return the waste to origin.
- To have the corresponding authorisation resolution in every authorised vehicle and the markings in a place easily visible.
- To carry all necessary waste transport documentation (Consignment note or Itinerant consignment note) in the vehicle according to chapter II.
- If itinerant waste collection is carried out, to correctly complete the Itinerant consignment note.
- To fulfil any other requirement or obligation necessary for carrying goods (transport card, ADR...).
