This is the register that gathers data identifying industrial waste producers.
Each enterprise has assigned an identifying code that is used to make up any waste management documentation.
The format of the code is P-#####.#. |

Who has to be registered in the industrial waste producer register? |
| |
From the activity code of your enterprise (Catalan Classification of Economic Activities - CCAE) or its description, you can know whether or not you have to be listed in the industrial waste producer register and what procedures have to be performed.

Procedures for registering industrial activities |

- Complete the application for registration prepared there for (
model A-1) and present it in person or by
ordinary post at the office of the Agència
de Residus de Catalunya or the Territorial
services of the Department of the Environment
and Housing duly stamped and completed.
- Pay the corresponding fee.
- Collect and conserve the copy of the application where the assigned waste producer code has been noted.
This code must be used as enterprise identification before the Agència de Residus de Catalunya for any procedure and/or query.
