| All industrial activities are obliged to register in the industrial waste producer register.

| How is one listed in the waste producer register? |

| Registration is automatic with the granting of the environmental licence or directly at the Agència de Residus de Catalunya by completing the registration document.

| Yes.

| These obligations are presented in article 5 of Decree 93/1999 on management procedures.

| Any change in this information must be reported in writing either through the waste declaration or by letter addressed to the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.

| Who has to be responsible for waste? |

| The person responsible is appointed by the waste producer or holder with the necessary knowledge to develop their functions. It does not have to be a person with a certain position.
