| The producer or holder of the waste must:
1 Be on the Register of producers of industrial waste or have a waste producer code.
2 Code their waste according to the European waste catalogue (CER).
3 Determine the most ideal destination and the characterisation according to the Catalonian waste catalogue (CRC). (The CRC still holds concerning the determination of management routes, and you will also find the best destination by consulting the European waste catalogue (CER) where the equivalencies have been made)
4 Seek an authorised manager to evaluate the waste (codes V11, V12, V14, V41, V61 and/or V83 of the CRC) or an enterprise from the Register of waste transporters authorised for groups 1 and/or 2 of annex 1. (If amounts are carried of under 1,000 kg, there is no need to use an authorised waste transporter).
5 Give the waste to the chosen waste manager or transporter.
6 The documentation to be used is the following:
Both if it is a waste manager or transporter to whom the waste is delivered, they must make a private remittance to be given to the producer and/or holder of the waste as the only certification of their management.
