| The producer or holder must:
1 Be on the Register of producers of industrial waste or have a waste producer code.
2 Characterise the waste, if necessary, through a laboratory certified for determining the characteristics of the waste.
3 Code their waste according to the European waste catalogue (CER).
4 Determine the most ideal destination and the characterisation according to the Catalonian waste catalogue (CRC). (The CRC still holds concerning the determination of management routes, and you will also find the best destination by consulting the European waste catalogue (CER) where the equivalencies have been made)
5 Look for a waste manager in the General register of waste management enterprises of Catalonia that might give such an evaluation.
6 Contact them and specify the terms of delivery (the FA is not needed).
7 Contract a transporter from the Register of waste transporters.
8è If the collection is individual, establish an FS for each waste transport effected and demand a copy stamped by the waste transporter and another stamped by the waste transporter and the waste manager as a guarantee that waste has been dealt with correctly.
If the collection is itinerant, it must be ensured with the corresponding FI and a remittance must be requested to certify collection.
The section of the FS or FI where the FA should appear will be left blank.
