The FS will be given to anyone asking for it on behalf of any enterprise recorded in the database of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, either as a waste producer, transporter or manager, at the central offices of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the Territorial services of the Department of the Environment and Housing, upon payment of the corresponding fee.

Current fees

The procedure to be followed with the FS is the following:

1 When transporting waste, the waste producer or holder must correctly complete and sign the FS.

2 When the waste transporter collects the waste, the waste producer will make them sign all copies of the FS, will keep the first copy and give them all the others.

3 During the transport, the waste transporter must take the four remaining copies with them in the vehicle.

4 On entry in the waste management plant, once the load has been checked and sampled, the waste manager will sign and stamp the four copies and will retain the one corresponding to them and those of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the waste producer.

5 The waste transporter will retain the copy that corresponds to them.

6 The waste manager will send the producer the second copy that belongs to them in a time of under 10 days and each month will send the Agència de Residus de Catalunya the copy that corresponds to it.
