Consignment note (FS)

The Consignment note (FS) is the document that must accompany every individual waste transport along its route.

The Consignment note must be completed in all waste transport, except in the following cases:

  • the transport of waste in smaller amounts than those specified in annexe 1, provided it is not in itinerant collection;
  • transport to evaluation plants recorded in the General register of waste management enterprises of Catalonia of paper/cardboard, scrap, plastic, glass and olive husks;
  • municipal home waste collection, earth and construction and demolition transport;
  • transport of waste dealt with as by-products (point 2 of chapter II).

The FS must be completed by the waste producer or holder.

Procedure
  The FI will be given to anyone asking for it on behalf of any enterprise recorded in the database of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, either as a waste producer, transporter or manager, at the central offices of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the Territorial services of the Department of the Environment and Housing, upon payment of the corresponding fee.
