The FI will be given to anyone asking for it on behalf of any enterprise recorded in the database of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, either as a waste producer, transporter or manager, at the central offices of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the Territorial services of the Department of the Environment and Housing, upon payment of the corresponding fee.

Current fees

The procedure with the FI is the following:

1 When transporting waste, the waste transporter will complete all of the boxes of the FI as indicated.

2 When the waste transporter collects the waste, they will give the waste producer the delivery slip duly completed, signed and stamped.

3 The waste producer will sign and stamp the FI in the corresponding box.

4 Once the waste has been collected from all the centres, the waste transporter gives the waste manager the waste and the FI.

5 The waste manager will check that all the data on the FI are correct, will sign and stamp all the copies and give the waste transporter back the one that corresponds to them.

6 The waste transporter will keep a copy for their records.

7 The waste manager will keep their copy and each month will send all the corresponding copies to the 'Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
