The FI consists of three copies, an original and two copies intended for the waste transporter, the manager and the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, and there is a book of 20 slips attached intended for the waste producers or holders from whom the waste is collected.

Procedure The FI will be given to anyone who requests it representing any enterprise recorded in the database of the 'Agència de Residus de Catalunya, either as a waste producer, transporter or manager, at the central offices of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the Territorial services of the Department of the Environment and Housing, upon payment of the corresponding fee
