The Acceptance sheet (FA) is the standard agreement that has to be signed for each waste between the waste producer or holder and the chosen waste management enterprise.

The Acceptance sheet must be completed for all waste, except for the following cases:

  • the waste in annexe 2 for plants authorised to evaluate waste;
  • the waste intended for plants authorised to evaluate waste in amounts smaller than those in annexe 1;
  • the waste intended for plants authorised to evaluate waste in amounts smaller than those in annexe 1;
  • industrial waste managed as a by-product (point 2 of chapter II);
  • municipal waste;
  • earth, construction and demolition waste;
  • the waste managed according to the destination note (point 3.2.2 of chapter II);
  • cattle manure, including carcasses.

The waste producer or holder and the waste manager are jointly responsible for completing it.

Procedure
  The FA will be given to anyone asking for it on behalf of any enterprise recorded in the database of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, either as a waste producer, transporter or manager, at the central offices of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and the Territorial services of the Department of the Environment and Housing, upon payment of the corresponding fee.
