The following are waste management enterprise obligations:
- To be on the General
register of waste management enterprises of Catalonia.
- To guarantee that the waste that enters their plants is treated
and evaluated as correctly as possible as indicated in current
regulations and especially concerning the resolution of authorisation.
- To comply scrupulously with all aspects of the resolution
and the declaration of environmental impact (if any).
- To keep an updated register of waste entry and another of
all waste and material outputs.
- To correctly draw up and process
the monthly summary of waste inputs caused in the plant,
according to the instructions of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
as indicates the article 31st of the Decree
93/1999 of 6th April concerning waste management procedures.
- To manage the general waste generated in the activity through
companies from the General register of waste management enterprises
of Catalonia.
- To be on the industrial waste producer register and make the
Annual declaration of industrial waste
as waste producers.
- To immediately inform the Agència de Residus de Catalunya
of any significant incident caused in the plant, above all if
it affects the management process.
- To provide all data required and the follow up and control
for the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
