a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and 256 colours
- Printer allowing printing in
landscape format
- For the telematic presentation
you must have an Internet navigator (iExplorer
5.5 or superior)

| How
can I import a declaration from last year? |
|
| You can obtain last year's declaration
with the Padri 2006 Obtain declaration from last year
application option. Once you have the file, click on the
import declaration button.
If you have the declaration in the Padri 2005 application,
you can export the declaration with last year's application
and import it with this year's. |

| The
data tables are not visualised |
|
If you find that the tables for selecting
data are blank (without data), execute the file Mdac_Typ.exe. |
|
| The
accept button is not activated on the Padri data screens |
|
| You must bear in mind that the fields
in yellow are compulsory, and so until they have data,
the OK button will not be activated. |
|
| The
waste I select is not accepted |
|
| There are two buttons for accepting data,
the top one is used to accept the code or text to be sought
and the bottom one is used for accepting the selected
waste. |

| It
does not show the manager or transporter needed |
|
| If you do not find the person you are
seeking, you can select the first option on the list (Other
transporters) and give the data manually. |
|
| How
can I correct the details in a definitive declaration? |
|
| The data of a definitive declaration
may not be modified directly. To do this, the declaration
must be copied and a draft copy must be completed. |
|
| What
information do I have to put? |
|
| If you do not know what information has
to be given on any PADRI screen, you can find out from
the
Agència de Residus de Catalunya. |
|
| I
am given an error when printing |
|
| First of all, the application can not
be installed in the internal network, but rather on the
hard disk of the computer. If the application has been
correctly installed, try to execute the file Mdac_typ.exe
and then the file Msdao350.exe.
If the same printing error is given, contact the
Agència de Residus de Catalunya. |

| How
can I print the summary note and the presentation note? |
|
| These two notes are printed out automatically
when the declaration is saved on a floppy disk |
|
| I
have not yet received the Padri installation CD |
|
| This year no CDs have been sent to companies
|
|
| I
am given an error when I install the application in a Windows
2000, Windows XP or Windows NT operative system |
|
| You must have permits from the administrator
to install the application in these operative systems.
Discuss this problem with your computer technician. |

| I
am given an error when I execute the Padri 2006 "Error
on opening the database" |
|
| To solve this error, the Msdao350.exe
file must be executed. |
|
| I
am given an error of resolution or font size |
|
| The system must be set up in the following
manner for the application to work properly: The resolution
must be between 800x600 and 1024x768. The fonts must be
small. |
|
| I
want to send a 2005 declaration by Internet and am unable |
|
| Internet may only be used to send the
declarations of the year 2006. If you want to send a declaration
of a year previous to 2006, contact
the Agència de Residus de Catalunya. |

| When
sending the declaration by Internet, the Internet Explorer
does not open automatically |
|
| You can send the declaration by SDR
and enter the Waste / Declaration / Presentation option.
You can also directly access the CAT365
portal or this web. |

have Netscape and it gives me errors on the page |

| You must have Internet Explorer to be
able to send the declaration. |

want to do the declaration manually and send it by conventional
post |
|
| To do the declaration manually, the
forms may be downloaded. |

| I
have sent the declaration, how do I know it has arrived
properly? |
|
| You may keep a copy of the Input register. |
|
| How
do I get a copy of last year's waste declaration? |
|
| The declaration made last year may be
downloaded through the SDR. The declaration may be imported
into the PADRI programme and it will only be necessary
to modify the data that have changed. |

| How
can I be sure that the DARI has been correctly transmitted
by SDR? |
|
| When transmitting the DARI, it is important
to check that the SDR system assigns a register number
associated with the message “The declaration has
been sent correctly”. |
|
| How
can I get a certificate of the declaration being presented? |
|
| If it is presented telematically, the
screen shows the message that it has been sent correctly,
along with a registry number. This message must be printed
just after the declaration is sent, as it will not reappear
later. |
