The next Tueday 25th of November of 2008 it will be celebrated the sixth Conference on Municipal Waste Prevention, at the Barcelona World Trade Centre auditorium. This year the Conference is set, for first time, in the celebration of the Waste Reduction Week (European pilot edition).

The Conference programme covers three large blocks:

I.    Situation of the prevention in Catalonia and the Local Prevention Plans;
II.   Experiences of packaging management prevention;

In this way continuity is guaranted to have a place for meetings and debate, in which European and Catalan experiences of what is being done and what can be done in terms of prevention are presented and discussed.
