The documentation to be presented during the of Monitoring Phase must include:

Objective: To check that when the recovery work has been completed, the established cleaning-up objectives are met and maintained over time and that the environment evolves favourably. If the results do not meet the set values, additional proposals for recovery will have to be implemented.

Documentation to be presented:

A.	Partial reports of environmental evolution:
	Tabulated analytical results presented in a way that makes them easy to interpret and to compare the analytical of the soil with the GRL. Plans showing the location of the points sampled. Representation of the evolution of the concentration of the pollutants. Evaluation of the results obtained, conclusions and, if appropriate, proposal for actions.
Once the monitoring stage has been completed satisfactorily a finalisation report of the recovery actions that have been taken will be presented.
