The documentation to be presented during the Execution of the Recovery must include:

A.	Partial follow-up reports of the Execution of the Recovery and control of the evolution of the environment:
	Description of the decontamination work of the last report presented. Evolution data and graphic representation of the areas where action has been taken. Balances of treatments executed: surfaces and volumes treated. Monitoring of the efficiency of the recovery techniques applied, evaluation of the actions, conclusions and, if appropriate, proposal for actions.
B.	Final report of the Recovery Stage:
	Description of all the decontamination work carried out. Evolution data of the concentration of the pollutants and graphic representation of the areas where action has been taken. Confirmatory investigation to ensure that the expected results have been achieved. Final balance of treatments executed: surfaces and volumes treated. Monitoring of the efficiency of the recovery techniques applied, evaluation of the actions, conclusions and, if appropriate, proposal for actions.
C.	Control and monitoring plan:
	Parameters to be analysed, duration and intervals of sampling, sampling methodology, sampling points. Plans showing the location of the proposed points control. Monitoring of the efficiency of the recovery techniques applied, evaluation of the actions planned to ensure the representativeness and reliability of the results.
