The documentation to be presented in the Recovery Project must include:

A. Recovery Project:
 
  • Objectives of recovery (maximum admissible concentrations of pollutants that can remain at the site after execution of recovery).
  • Identification and analysis of the recovery alternatives according to technical, financial and environmental criteria.
  • Design and execution of feasibility studies and/or pilot tests if necessary.
  • Specific details of the proposed recovery technique and of the area of action.
  • Estimate of the costs and schedule of execution of the recovery.
  • Follow-up plan established to evaluate the effectiveness of the recovery actions that are being carried out.
