The documentation to be presented in the Preliminary
Recognition Stage consists of:

In the case of sites where there
is or has been carried on a Potentially Soil
Contaminating Activity (PSCA) according to RD
9/2005 the Preliminary
Situation Report (PSR) must be presented;
for Catalonia its minimum content is set out
in the form.

| B. |
For other sites (fly-tipping, accidents, etc.),
the documentation to be presented is the Preliminary
Recognition Information, which must give an explanation
of the events that have taken place, so that the
existence or otherwise of levels of subsoil pollution
can be evaluated. |

Identification of the problems (type of
incident, involved pollutants, extent of the
affection, emergency actions taken etc.).
Basic information about the characteristics
of the physical environment of the site and
its environment.
Other information that is considered relevant.
