aim of the guide is to define the concepts

waste, by supplying the data that enable
compliance with Decree 201/1994, of 26th
July, regulating demolition and other construction
waste. |

aim of the deconstruction manual is to give
a rapid view of the actions involved in
dismantling a construction, enabling a high
level of recovery and use of the materials,
in order to use them in new works. |

new planning stage is intended to achieve
high level environmental management of the

objectives of the European Commission concerning
installation recycling and environmental
safety, so that in any project where construction
waste is generated the cost of a sustainable
environmental management is borne in mind |
