Guide to the application of decree 201/1994, regulating demolition and other construction waste
The aim of the guide is to define the concepts related to the management of construction waste, by supplying the data that enable compliance with Decree 201/1994, of 26th July, regulating demolition and other construction waste. This guide also helps us to clarify the obligations of the protagonists in waste management, as defined in the Decree, specifying the functions and obligations of each of the protagonists.

This guide is intended to help in preparing the building projects that must be attached to the application for the municipal licence for the demolition, digging and construction of new works.
