| Functions |
The HR division depends on
the Internal Division and has the following functions:
- staff management and wage policy,
- staff training,
- staff recruitment,
- the description, evaluation, analysis and adaptation of work
stations,
- workplace risk prevention policy,
- the company's environmental management policy.
This unit is also responsible for the management, control and coordination
of the General Register of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya
and its files, together with all the services (construction work,
installations and maintenance) related to furniture and buildings
belonging to the company. |
