Functions
 Contracting Assessment Department depends on the Legal Assessment Area and develops the following functions:
  • The drawing-up and monitoring of waste processing regulations.
  • Provider of legal advice on contract matters.
  • The processing of administrative dossiers generally related to waste management connected with the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, as well as for providing legal advice on waste management.
  • The processing of authorisations for waste transport.
