Functions
 The Administrative Action Department depends on the Legal Assessment Area and develops the following functions:
  • The administration of subsidies granted by the Agència de Residus de Catalunya, as well as for providing legal advice related to these subsidies.
  • The monitoring and legal control of the establishment of consortiums pertaining to the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
  • The drawing-up and processing of agreements involving the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
  • Providing legal advice on real state and movable assets for the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
  • Provider of legal advice on waste taxes.
