The Citizens´ Attention
Department depends on the Information and Participation Area and
develops the following functions:
- It replies to questions concerning waste information.
- Public attention in all centres and dependencies of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya.
- It carries out statistical estimations of municipal, industrial and construction waste.
- Supervision of the waste management documentary control documentation.
- Preparation of waste programmes and follow-up on report preparation.
- Support and co-ordination of waste studies.
