The Information Area
develops the following functions:
- External promotion of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya
- Development of waste management sensitisation policies.
- Preparation and supervision of informative material.
- Preparation of waste management programmes.
- Give a reply to all information requested on the subject of
waste.
- Supervision of the waste management documentary control documentation.
- Public attention in all centres and dependencies of the Agència
de Residus de Catalunya.
- Computer support of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya
- Treatment of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya database,
including the information derived from the annual declarations
of industrial waste producers (DARI).
- Formal follow-up of the registers of the Agència de Residus
de Catalunya.
